Chlamydia/Gonorrhea urine testing and HIV/Syphilis blood testing will now be available at the new Clinton County Health Department at 991 Franklin Street, Carlyle, IL, 62231 for a fee. We will also be able to treat Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis that you test positive for a fee. Free testing and treatment if you have Medicaid.
